DEAR I,IARK;I HAVE REVIEWEO THE ABOVE REFERENCED EXEMPTION PLAT AND NOTE THE
FOLLOWING:
STANDARD COMMENTS:
1) ANY AT NOTES AS REQUIRED BY THE GARFIELD COUNTY PLANNING DEPT.
SHOULD BE PLACED UPON THE PLAT.
2) A COMPUTER DISKETTE OF THE MAP IS REQUESTED BY THE GARFIELD COUNTY
ASSESSOR OFFICE FOR USE BY THEIR MAPPING DEPT.
3) ALL REQUIREMENTS OF C.R,S. 38-51-.I01 ET. SEQ. SHALL BE MET. THIS

Dear Mark
I would like to oftr tlre folowing corffnents regardirg fire protection for the Wilson property locdod
onCountyRoad 109.
Access to tlre property is offCourty Road 109. Any new driveways should be according to Crufield
County Road Standards to insure adequate access for emergency vehicles on a year round basis.
Water for firc proteotion would be zupplied with water carried on the fire apparatus' which is
approximately 7000 gallons.
Response time to tlrc property for both fire and medical emergencies is approximately lGl5 minutcs
with first response coming from the Station No. I locatcd in Carbondale.
The District will require the payment of development impEct fees in the amount of $235.00 pcr lot,
as approved by the Garfietd County Commissioners. This paym€nt is due prior to the rccording of
the 6nal plat.

Dear Mark:
I would like to ofrer the following cornrnts regarding fre pmtection for tbe Wihon property locared
onCourtyRoad 109,
Access to the prop€rty is offCounty Road 109. Any new driveways strould be according to Gadeld
County Road Standards to insure adequate access for enrergency vehicles on a year round basis.
Water for fue protection would be supplied with water carried on tbe fre apparatus, which is
approximately 7fi )0 gallons.
Response tinrc to the property for both fre and medical enrrgerrcies is approximat€ly 10-15 minutes
with first response soming from the Station No. I located in Carbondale.
The new lo(s) created in the development is subject to impact fees adopted by the Disnict. The
developer will be required to enter into an agreement with the District for the pa nent of
development impact fees. This payment is due prior to the recording ofthe final plat, Feas are
based upon the per lot impact fee adopted by tte District at the time the agreernent is executed.
The current impact fee is $339.00 per lot
