Dear Mr. Farrar:
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
application for exemption. The developer proposes touse we1ls for the
water supply which would lntercept ground water tributary to the Colorado
River at a point where there ls still water available for appropriatlon '
This offtce can issue indlvidual domestic weII permits to tndlvidual lot
purchasers and we recommend approval of the Williams Exemption.

Dear Ms [,lilliams:
I am writing regarding your exemption request.I will need a copy of your well permit and proof of
ownership for 5 years before I can schedule the
application with the County Commissioners. You
stated in the application that a copy of the well
permit was enclosed but it is not in the submittals.
The deed that is enclosed is dated December 28, 1976,
and this does not indicate ownership for five years.
