SIEDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR I.'ILLIAM AND CHARLOTTE ZILM.
hTIIEREAS, Wtl1lam and Charlotte ZlIm have petitioned the Board of County Commlssloners
of Garfteld County, Colorado, for an exemptlon fron the definltlon of the terms
"subdlvision" and 'rsubdlvlded 1and" under C.R.S, 1971, 30-29-101 (10) (a)-(d),
as amended, and the Subdtvislon Regulatlons of Garfield County' Colorado' adoPted
January 2, 1979, Sectlons 2.02,?l (d) and 3.02.01 for the division of a 46.8 acre
tract described as follows: that parcel of land as described in Docunent No, 274058
as filed ln the offlce of the clerk and Recorder of Garfield couniy, colorado lnto
3 tractb of approxLnat efy 2,7,8 and 37.8 acres each, more or less, whlch proposed
divlded tracts are more partlcularly descrlbed as follovs:

definitlon of the terms 'rsubdlvislon" and "subdivtded 1and" as set forth in C.R.S.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the dlvlslon of the above described tracts
rlArr, rrBrt, and ttC" from the above descrlbed 46.8 acre tract is hereby exempted
from s.rch definltions and sald tract nay be divlded into tracts "A"' "8", and "c",
all as 1s more fully descrlbed above, and sald divided tract may be conveyed ln
the form of such smaller tracts wlthout further compliance with the aforesald
subdivision statutes and regulatlonsl provided, however, that this exemptlon Ls
granted on the condltlon and with the express understanding and agreeme-nt of the
Petitloners that no further exempt lons be allowed on said tracts 'rA", "B", and t'c",
and that a copy of the lnstrument or instruments of conveyance when recorded shaLl be filed
with thls Resol-ution.
