The purpose of this letter is to address the construction of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System for
82 Pinyon Woods Lane, Carbondale, CO (aka Lot 6 Callicotte Ranch Subdivision. Boundaries
Unlimited Inc. (BUI) visited the site in February 2019 for an inspection of the absorption field. The tank
had not been delivered at that time, but receipts were provided after that indicated that the corrrect tank
had been installed along with a low head pump system and distributing valve. The contractor was
directed to continue with the installation and backfill according to the Plans and submitted the attached
photos for review. The installation included a 2,000 -gallon top seam (2,500 -gallon total) 3 -chamber
concrete septic tank, dosing pump system, a distribution valve, 63 Infiltrator Quick 4 gravelless
chamber units in a 3x21 trench configuration, flush valves and inspection ports.
The system appeared to be installed in conformance with the intent of the design and in the general
location indicated on the original design plan. I have enclosed photos of the construction.
