We got a report for another building with a different owner and the comment was that the building was in "relative good structural condition" and list several areas that were failing. This letter went on to say there was not a sudden collapse potential. We will go ahead and placard the structures post May 16th until we receive a letter. All of the buildings are unoccupied so placards should be fine until I get a letter stating whether they are in imminent danger of collapse or not or I complete the repairs. Sorry for the delays. Let me know how you want to proceed. As per field inspections from our inspectors, it appears the buildings continue to settle out of level and plumb. It would appear these structures could collapse which is a life safety issue. 1 Please provide the required report prior to May 16, 2012. Regards, Andy Schwaller Building Official Garfield County 2
