We will need a plan of attack to address these issues outlined in the reports. If the buildings are truly un occupied, the
plan could be to lock them up and post them as unsafe to enter until such time the repairs can be made. Some of the
buildings may need to be taken down if they cannot be made safe through repairs.
Please provide this information prior to July 15, 2012.
