At this point in time, the County just needs an engineer to review the structures to tell us all they are not about to fall down on the occupants due to the structural issues. Any possible repairs, not of an immediate nature, can wait until spring. All of the buildings are either vacant or used for storage so I don't see it critical need, but he should be getting down to do the inspection and a week or so.
