Brian Kurtz called to discuss the buildings at Travelers Highland. He said he was
most concerned with 189 Mosher from his inspection from last February. The
buildings at 278 &268 Scarrow, and 39 Mosher were Tess of a concern. I asked if
he had been out recently to inspect the buildings. He said no. I explained that we
did a drive by and it appeared the buildings had continued to settle over the past
year. One building, the gaps in the walls had gotten larger. Another building, the
windows had started to pop out. He explained he had sent an e-mail to us with
the measured dimensions of the out of plumb conditions for the buildings, and it
would be easy for him to determine how much the buildings had moved. We
agreed to placard the buildings until he could determine their present state. I
thanked him for getting involved with the project. He thanked me for being
persistent.
