Filed observations
The following information was gathered from 12/6/2011 to 1/5/2012 in the subdivision known
as Travelers Highlands. It appears that many of the structures in this area are experiencing
degradation and possible structural damage. There appears to be two owners involved for
multiple buildings and parcels. I have broken down the parcels and owners with the
observations.
The following buildings/ parcels are all owned by the same owner: Radel, Doyle & Kristie,
2058 45 1/2 Road, Debeque Co, 81630.
Scarrow, parcel # 240928402018- Extensive visible damage to walls, roof and concrete.
269 Scarrow, parcel # 240928402013- Extensive visible damage to wall, and roof. There is
also a concrete structure adjacent to this building with a visibly sagging roof.
The following buildings/ parcels are all owned by the same owner: Parachute Commercial, Po
box 700 Glenwood Springs, co 81602.
338, 278, &268 Scarrow, parcel #240928407011 268 & 278 show signs of movement
laterally. 338 Has a mobile office trailer in use on the south side of the building.
189 Mosher parcel # 240928406016 — Visible cracking of walls and building movement
39, & 99 Mosher parcel # 240933105002- 39 visible cracking of walls and building
movement. 99 has a mobile office trailer in use.
I have attached the pictures of the buildings with the address written on the bottom.
