fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Add grab rail to garage stairs
Add combustion air to water heater
Attach vent hood correctly to water heater
Add sediment traps to both water heater and furnace downstream of valve
