Item 1 - This item requires nothing From me. Item 2 - This item shall be addressed by the truss manufacturer. Item 3 - The joist shall be reinforced with min. 5/8" OSB on one side to assist in carrying the loads. Item 4 - The joist shall be reinforced with min. 5/8" OSB on both sides cut to closely fit around the duct. Additionally a Simpson Steel Strap shall be added to the bottom of the bottom chord of the joist to assist in transferring loads. Item 5 - Holes drilled in rafters shall be reinforced with 5/8" OSB on one side and nailed both sides of the line of holes and shall extend at least 18" beyond the lost hole in each direction. Item 6 - The over framing constructed is adequate to carry the applied loads. Item 7 - The notched headers over the 3 ft windows are adequate as long as there are at least 2 at each location. The interrupted stud is acceptable. Only two are needed and three are provided. Item 8 - The window location is beneath roof joists and as such they will carry no vertical .load and are acceptable.
