1 Colorado Roofing Consultants is pleased to replace the roof, as described in the Insurance
Estimate Sheet provided, for $'?j g3o ; ** See #5
2 Roofing shingles will be an architectural style with a 40 Yr / Limited Lifetime Warranty

3 Work will be completed within 3-4 weeks of deposit; unless delayed due to weather.
4 All Required Inspections; Mid & Final, will be performed by the Local Governing Building Dept.
5 Colorado Roofing Consultants will assist with billing of any work/material that is required but
not covered by the initial scope of work; ie. Shortage of Materials, Code Requirements, Permit
Fees, etc
6 Any Decking (Wood) needing replaced will be billed at $ er45h et(8'x4') 325F
Additional Charges will be discussed on a case by case asis - Necessary for Roof work.
7 The roof will carry a 2 year Workmanship warranty
