This is to Advise that inspections were made during construction of the above referenced
OWTS and that the system has been constructed essentially In accordance with the
approved Plans and Specifications, except that the Owner decided to move the house
farther to the west making It necessary to locate the tank and absorption bed to the south
as shown.
Ties from the house corners to the septic tank and manifold tee, are shown on the
attached "Construction Plan of Record". Additionally. risers on the septic tank and the
south end of the absorption bed further mark their location .
The well is more than 100' from the absorption bed.
