Cerise Ranch Subd / Roof Framing Revisions at proposed overhang
Building Inspector:
This letter is being written at the request of Mr. David Brown, Record
Architect of the above referenced project to review a select framing issue which was
revised from the initial permit submittal and approval. The following item has been
reviewed and approved by myself:
1) The framing of the roof overhang at the has been revised from 18 inch cantilever
overhang with 2 x 6 outlookers at 16 inch o.c. to 36 inch long 2 x 8 outlookers at
16 inch o.c. at the shedb dormers only. The remainder of the overhangs is the
typical 18 inches previously shown on the permit plans. Please review this revised
framing when the overall building framing is inspected on-site.
