The following is based on information provided to the Codes Section and may be modified based on the
actual findings of the field inspection.

Hey Andy, here is the AC letter I need you to sign for me and return to me as soon as you can. The site
address is 531 County Road 326, Silt, CO - for Dan & Shelly Schirer. Attached are the state stamped prints and
plans, which I assume you will need to see. There is a copy of these documents in the packet that was
submitted with the building permit application as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call
me.
