1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.)
AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON
PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THIS "GARAGE/WORKSHOP" OUTBUILDING SPECIFICALLY
DOES NOT INCLUDE APPROVAL FOR USE OF AS DWELLING SPACE OR FOR COMMERCIAL
PURPOSES. INSTALLATION OF BATHING FACILITIES (BATHTUB OR SHOWER) AT POWDER
BATH IS ALSO SPECIFICALLY NOT APPROVED.
4) PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT SURVEY AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT
THIS STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ALL ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & PROJECTIONS - DOES
NOT EXTEND PAST BOUNDARY OF PLATTED "LANDSCAPE ENVELOPE".
5) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 3000 P.S.F.
6) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED & INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE FINAL SIGN-
OFF/APPROVAL FROM GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO
FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
