1. WORK TO COMPLY WITH 2015 I.B.C., 2015 I.R.C., 2009 I.E.C.C., AND MANUFACTURER'S
INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS.
2. IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED ITEMS NOTED ON PLANS
REFERENCE SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3. STRUCTURE IS APPROVED AS A DETACHED RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY BUILDING, TYPE V -B
NON-SPRINKLERED CONSTRUCTION, OCCUPANCY GROUP "U" (UTILITY).
4. WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH "RURAL" ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS PER GARFIELD
COUNTY'S LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE. ANY CHANGE IN USE/OCCUPANCY OF
THIS STRUCTURE MAY REQUIRE A LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT OR AMENDED BUILDING
PERMIT(S). USE OF THE STRUCTURE OR PROPERTY AS A SHOOTING RANGE OR GALLERY
WILL REQUIRE A LAND USE PERMIT AND NEW BUILDING PERMIT.
5. ENGINEER TO REVIEW SUBGRADE AND REBAR PRIOR TO POURING CONCRETE AS PER
ENGINEER'S NOTES.
6. ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD,
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY.
7. NOTIFY GARFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH FOR ALL OWTS INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO
COVERING AND FINAL AT 970-945-6614. PERMIT NUMBER IS SEPT- 6152.
