HomeMy WebLinkAboutCorrespondenceDave Argo From: Dave Argo Sent: Friday, March 13, 2020 10:17 AM To: 'David Brown' Cc: Lindsay Krol Subject: Stirling Ranch Lot 21 - Permit #BLRE-02-20-6130 David: We just began plan review of the proposed addition to an existing cabin at Stirling Ranch, Lot 21 but after looking at the submitted drawings we cannot proceed with our review or approvals with these plans as submitted to our office. All architectural sheets are designated as "NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" and since we review only construction plans these submitted plans cannot be reviewed by our office. In addition to all architectural plans, we also observed that several of the structural drawings (with the exception of Sheets S1 and S2) are described as "SCHEMATICS" in the title block. Similarly, we cannot review plans that are preliminary in nature ... we need the final construction drawings for this and any other projects that you subsequently submit to our office to be "FINAL" and for construction purposes. Please submit (2) copies of the final construction documents (including both architectural and structural drawings) to our office at your earliest convenience so that we can begin our plan review.
