AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1,500 P.S.F. SOILS BEARING CAPACITY. GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER SHALL ALSO VERIFY PLACEMENT OF COMPACTED STRUCTURAL FILL BELOW FOUNDATION FOOTINGS AS PER THE SOILS REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 4) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW & APPROVALS ARE PERFORMED BY GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT. PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL & SIGN -OFFS FROM PUBLIC HEALTH PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 5) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
