As required by Garfield County, Capstone Enterprises West, LLC inspected the
Onsite Waste-water Treatment System (OWTS) installed at S. Meadow Drive. The
inspection is to verify that the materials were as anticipated and that the
construction met design plans as well as the Mesa County Health Department
standards.
Capstone personnel inspected the system once the distribution pipes were
installed over the gravel bed. The excavated materials were as expected. The
bed was proper size and the elevation of the system provides an adequate
thickness of suitable soils. The construction met the project requirements.
The OWTS for the residence is approved as installed. A drawing of the as-built
