NOTICE

Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Add hanger to hip truss in garage and adjacent truss
Add and set nails in hangers in garage
Add blocking at bearing of LVI in garage
Add draft stop in fireplace chase
3 ply LVL in living room needs to be compressed together and nailed
Stud pack for beam in living room does not bear on beam below and should be clamped together and nailed
Provide letter from engineer for spliced trimmers at front door
Provide TJI fix in writing and stamped
Egress from second floor bedroom?
Exterior wall stud in front bedroom
Framing inspection incomplete due to items above
