Constructed on Lot 37, Pinyon Mesa Subdivision, Garfield County,

Dear Mr. Rojo:
This is provided in accordance with your request for us to inspect and
provide a certification of the construction of the dry -stack boulder retaining
walls on Lot 37, Pinyon Mesa Subdivision, Garfield County, Colorado.
We inspected the site on April 1, 2020 and found all dry -stack boulder
retaining walls that were in place at the time of our inspection to have been
constructed in general conformance with the plans and specifications
prepared by our firm for this property, and which were dated June 6, 2019. It
is our understanding that some additional minor grading and slope
stabilization work may occur in conjunction with the site landscaping which
was not completed at the time of our inspection.

To whom it may concern at the Garfield County Community Development department,
My name is Sara Kurz and I am the listing broker for a new home being built in Pinyon Mesa,
located at 168 Cliff Rose Way, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. The builder is Wild Trout
Enterprises.
The home was inspected for final Certificate of Occupancy earlier today. I am told that the
inspector requested a letter from me to confirm that that the fourth bedroom upstairs has been
converted into an office. That is the case. Myself and the builders are aware of that.
