On April 10, 2020, we issued OWTS Permit # SEPT-6211, regarding a new vault
and haul system at the proposed PA 44-13 Pad near Parachute, Colorado. The system will
consist of five 1,500-gallon above ground sewage tanks that will be equipped with overflow
alarms. We understand the tanks will be pumped by a licensed contractor for disposal at a
state certified treatment/disposal facility approximately every twelve days In our opinion, this
plan is in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action
or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required in regard to this permit.
