Brian - I have reviewed the documentation forwarded for the Fire Sprinkler System/Horn-Strobe alarm for
1225 Hidden Valley Dr and I am confident that the system meets the design requirements per NFPA-13D for
residential life safety.
Please advise the property owner that he is responsible for continued safe operation of the system by
ensuring annual testing & inspections by a qualified individual or company.
am forwarding this email to the Garfield County Community Development/Building Department in lieu of my
signature on the Building Permit.
