Thank you for speaking with me on the following project in Glenwood Springs.
This project was permitted through Garfield County building department.
I want to provide you this drawing clarification letter regarding any pads provided under slab.
There may be a question to the nature of construction and this is how it should be interpreted.
Westar Inc. has provided a detail section, as indicated on the attached drawing sheet,
as DETAIL C.
As we discussed, this detail is applied to any pads and footings occurring below the slab.
This detail can also be utilized, if general contractor prefers, to substitute for detail on
Structural sheet S1.2; TYPICAL WOOD POST/BEAM DETAIL
