shed is single story, approximately 11' +/- above grade at its peak and has
received the HOA design review board approval - Attachment 1
o The lot size of the residential lot 51 is 2.8 acres
o Electrical hook up will consist of 4 wall 110 volt plugs installed by a licenses

o No heat or will be provided / involved in this project.
o Sewer hook and or Water tap actions: Not applicable to this application
o Garage and driveway: Not applicable to this application
o Project valuation: $5,000.00
o Grading, not applicable to this application. Class 6 road base will be used as
the foundation the shed will rest upon.
o Land use permits - sheds are allowed in Cerise Ranch - DRB approval
attached as Attachment 1
o No plumbing hook ups apply to this application.
