Re: Shed Review lot 51
Dear John and Joy Kinney:
Cerise ranch Design Review Board (DRB) discussed your application for a new shed in the side
yard of your home at lot 51. The DRB approves the shed with the following conditions:
,
1. Wood siding and trim are to match (as much as possible in style and material) the wood
siding and trim on the main home. The color is to match exactly. Window frame color in
shed to match window frame color on the main home (brown putty color)
2. Shed is to be installed where it was located on your property with lumber pieces on
March 4, 2020. See photos attached. This location hides the shed well from the street
and mitigates view from neighbors.
3. No exterior work is allowed in the subdivision on Sundays. Construction is allowed 7:00
a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
