We have reviewed plans for a proposed remodel + addition to a S.F. residence located at the Ranch at Roaring Fork, but
before we can finalize our review/approval of this project we need to receive additional information as described below:
• We require a detailed wall section and specifications illustrating basic construction assemblies (exterior walls,
floors, roof/ceiling) and how the thermal envelope will comply with 2009 IECC requirements for insulation R-
values. In particular, we need verification of how the proposed 2x4 exterior walls and roof/ceiling assemblies
will comply with IECC, Table 402.2.1
Pending receipt of this requested information, we will place your project approvals on hold. Upon receipt of this
information from you, we should be able to finalize our review and issue a permit within a day or two.
If you like, you are welcome to provide us with this requested information via email as a digital PDF document, rather
than full-size plan sheets. Like many others, our office is now closed to the public, but we are trying to provide other
options so that our customers are able to continue making progress on their projects.
