On April 16, 2020, we visited the residence at 6809 County Road 214 in Garfield
County, Colorado to observe the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) installation
pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-6096. The contractor had installed the 2,000 gallon
septic tank, effluent lines, distribution box, and five gravelless chamber trenches as
designed by A!I Service Septic, Inc. Cleanouts were installed as required along the effluent
line and between the house and the septic tank. Risers and an effluent filter were installed
on the septic tank, as required. In our opinion, this system was installed in general
conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from
Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
