PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 4) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW & APPROVALS ARE PERFORMED BY GARFIELD COUNTY'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT. PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL & SIGN -OFFS FROM PUBLIC HEALTH PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 5) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) THIS BUILDING PERMIT IS ISSUED CONTINGENT UPON THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY THE APPLICANT AGREES TO EXECUTE/RECORD A FINAL AMENDED PLAT FORMALLY ABANDONING THE WATER LINE + ROADWAY EASEMENTS ACROSS LOT 7 AS CURRENTLY ILLUSTRATED ON THE FINAL PLAT OF RIFLE CREEK ESTATES - FILING 2.
