To Whom It May Concern:
This is to advise that I have made a final inspection of the above referenced OWTS and
that the system has been constructed essentially in accordance with the approved Plans
and Specifications.
Measurements from the house to the septic tank and manifold tee, are shown on the
attached "Construction Plan of Record". Additionally. risers on the septic tank and the
west end of the absorption bed further mark their location .
Domestic water for this house is to be from an on-site well The well has not yet been
drilled. I advised the Owner that, by regulation, the well has to be at least 100 feet from
the absorption bed.
