Call for re -inspection.
n$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Exterior stairs require grab rail and no riser openings greater than 4"
Extend pressure relief valve on water heater to within 6" of floor
Interior grab rail to return to wall top and bottom
Caulk exterior penetration around gas pipe and paint exterior gas pipe
Caulk backsplash of vanity in bathroom
