AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1,400 P.S.F. 4) INSTALLATION OF A RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED AS PER CERISE RANCH FINAL PLAT, AND DESIGN/INSTALLATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE TO N.F.P.A. 13D OR I.R.C., SECTION P2904. VERIFY REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF ROUGH -IN APPROVAL AT FRAMIING INSPECTION, AND FIRE DISTRICT SIGN -OFF AND APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 5) BUILDING PERMIT INCLUDES "UNFINISHED' AREAS AT BASEMENT AND ATTIC SPACE ABOVE GARAGE. SUBSEQUENT FINISH OF THESE AREAS AT A LATER DATE REQUIRES ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMIT(S). BASEMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS AS DESCRIBED ON PAGE 8 OF PLAN ATTACHMENTS, INCLUDING MEANS OF EGRESS. 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
