AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) REFER TO PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. REDLINED NUMERICAL NOTATIONS ON PLANS REFER TO ANNOTATED ITEMS ON THE ATTACHED "RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW LIST". 3) INSTALLATION OF DRILLED PIER FOUNDATIONS TO FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN GEOTECHNICAL REPORT. SOILS ENGINEER OF RECORD TO BE PRESENT AT JOB SITE DURING PIER DRILLING TO VERIFY THAT BEARING STRATA HAS BEEN REACHED AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN REPORT HAVE BEEN MET. PROVIDE SOILS ENGINEER'S SEALED APPROVAL REPORT FOR CONCRETE PIER FOOTINGS AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION. 4) SEPTIC SYSTEM DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SHALL COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S ON -SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (O.W.T.S.) REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING APPLICABLE SETBACKS. PROVIDE FINAL REVIEW/SIGN-OFF FROM PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT. PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 5) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
