Mr. Baran:
The following is in reference to the 1SDS installed at the above residence in Garfield County, Colorado.
An inspection was performed on the tank, distribution box and chambered leach field arranged in a trench
configuration. The system appeared to have been installed in accordance with the plans, with the
exception that the manhole recommended in the design over the distribution box was not present. While
this is not a mandatory item according the Garfield County regulations, it makes accessing the
distribution box easier in the future. The inspection pipes at the end of each trench of infiltrator chambers
had not been installed due to the fact that the trenches had not been backfi]led at the time of the visit. We
recommend these be installed during backfiIl of the trenches.
