Engineering & Technical Services Engineers reviewed the request to remove knee braces and change the dormer
size. All of the main floor 6x6 knee braces may be removed as long as the interior walls are framed per Sand Creek
Post and Beam plans. The loft floor 6x6 knee braces may not be removed. The dormer can be widened to the entire
width of the loft floor.
