We have reviewed your plans for a new home to be built at Native Springs, Lot 5 in Rifle.
I wanted to let you know that all dwellings in Native Springs are required to have a residential fire sprinkler system
installed as per the subdivision's final plat. Please contact Orrin Moon at Rifle Fire District to discuss specific
requirements of the fire sprinkler system. For your convenience, I have copied Orrin on this email, and you may get in
contact with him via the enclosed email address.
