Subject: Permit #BLCO-05-20-6271 - Fire Station No. 84 Addition

I got your contact info from Lindsay, who you have been in touch with recently about the above referenced building
permit application. I have been reviewing plans submitted for the Fire Station Addition, but before we can finalize and
issue a permit, we need for the following items to be addressed:
• Soils Report — Please submit a copy of the soils report as referenced on the Structural Engineering plans.
• Steel Building Plans — The set of plans that were submitted to our office do not include the steel building plans,
and we can't approve this project until we receive (2) copies of these plans. If you have a digital version of these
plans you may submit directly to my email address for review, but we will still require (2) full-size sets of
drawings that can be affixed to the both of the plan sets.
Please submit the steel building drawings/specs at your earliest opportunity so that we can finalize our review for this
project.
We should be able to have permit fees calculated tomorrow & Lindsay will be getting back to you with final balances due
in the morning.
