Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Grab rail does not meet code section 311.7.8.3 type 2. North American stair builders ass
Post address 1/2x4" minimum on contrasting background
Finish door hardware
Stair in garage not to code
Replace smoke alarm batteries or set them to not chime
Add ladder to crawl space
Add grab rail on stairs exterior
Balance exterior stairs 3/8" max riser difference
Remove smoke covers
Caulk toilet and tub to floor
Caulk exterior penetrations
Paint exterior gas pipe
