OF IRRIGATION PIPELINE EASEMENT

The undersigned is the beneficiary of, to and under that certain Irrigation Pipeline Easement and
Maintenance Agreement (Easement) recorded under Reception No. 925561 in the official
records of Garfield County. The Easement, by its express terms, reserves unto the Grantors the
right to use the servient estate in any way that does not unreasonably interfere with the easement
rights granted thereunder.
As the beneficiary and grantee of such Easement, I hereby notify all concerned parties and affirm
that the construction and maintenance by the Grantors and or their heirs, successors and assigns
of one or more driveways and other related non-structural improvements in, on, over, along
and/or crossing the 15' Irrigation Pipeline Easement are not considered to, and shall not be
deemed to, unreasonably interfere with my easement rights and I expressly consent to such
driveway construction and maintenance.
Nothing set forth in this Notice and Consent shall be deemed to alter or modify the rights and
obligations of the Parties under the Easement.
