Subject: building permit for Tony Choma
This one is ready to be issued we are just waiting for the septic to be approved. I spoke with Ted
over in public health and he is comfortable moving forward as he has been in communication with
Carla (the engineer) and she should be finalizing her report for him in the next week.
I just want to double check that you are ok issuing the building permit now. Tony is located way up in
Homestead Estates so his window to build is relatively small so he was asking if we would be willing
to issue the building permit separately.
