Dear Mr. Nimon.
A representative of Huddleston -Berry Engineering and Testing, LLC (HBET) observed the foundation
excavation and tested the soil compaction on March 18, and 21, 2019.
The open hole inspection indicated that the subsurface soil conditions on the lot are consistent with the
referenced report. Therefore, based upon the recommendations in the referenced report, results of the
open hole inspection, and results of the field density testing, the subgrade is adequate for foundations
constructed in accordance with the report, using an Maximum Allowable Bearing capacity of 1500 psf.
