Hi Mike
You can sign for the owner if he provides a letter of authority. That is nothing other than a
simple email that says he gives you permission to sign on his behalf. According to the attached
statement of authority, William Kell is the person authorized to represent Franklin Mountain
Glenwood Springs II, LLC so the letter would need to come from him.
Otherwise he needs to be the person to fill the form out himself.
