I am currently reviewing plans for Neuleib residence located at 344 Meadow Creek Drive in Parachute, but before we
can finalize our plan review and issue a building permit we need to receive a digital copy of the soils report as referenced
on the Engineer's foundation plan.
Please forward a copy to me at your earliest convenience so that we can finalize our review of this project.
p.s. In regards to the question that you previously posed via voicemail, please send me an email stating that you will be
revising exterior siding from wood to stucco. If the exterior materials change in their entirety from one material to the
other, that is all we require. However, if there is more of a "mix and match" of the 2 different exterior finishes, we'd like
to receive updated exterior elevation drawings. Those can be submitted to our office as "Amended Plans" following
issuance of the building permit.
