which materials or labor could give rise to mechanic's or other statutory liens, and have not
executed any security agreements or financing statements for materials, appliances, fixtures or
furnishings placed upon or installed in said premises.
The undersigned further agree to protect, defend and save harmless the mortgagee, Commonwealth
Title Company of Garfield County, Inc. and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company against
any and all liability, loss, damage, costs and attorneys' fees by reason of any claim or liens for services,
labor, or materials used in connection with the construction of said improvements.

There are no tenants or parties in possession of the Property, except: NONE

REAL ESTATE TAX/ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT
Real estate taxes for the State of Colorado are computed each year on an assessment of the property as of March 1st.
However, the actual tax valuation is not available to the general public until later in the year. For this reason, an
estimate of taxes is most often the basis for prorating taxes between buyers and sellers.
