Jim,
Met with John Parrington.
I asked him to pull the berm back up- the owner had flattened some parts of it, and I asked him to hydroseed the berm
and bank.
He said he would do that next week and send picture.
There were a couple of thistles I asked him to treat -he said he would.
I decided against asking him to remove the Russian olives and tamarisk, because I thought that removing them would
detrimental to the bank stabilization.
