To whom it may concern,
This letter intent is to state the purpose of the temporary structure
located on 3131 Highway 13, Rifle Colorado 81650. West side of
Governor Creek. We purchased the property with the intention of
utilizing the land for storage of company vehicles, trailers,
equipment and materials.
As we applied for the building permit we needed storage for building
materials and decided to put up a temporary structure that would
keep insulation, electrical and other weather sensitive material out
of the snow, rain and wind.
This structure is solely for storage and we do not perform work
inside of it.
