Raphael,
Per your instructions, we will change the permit use from being a CO2 hemp extraction type of use to a simple utility/ag
building shell only use. Any additions of partitions or equipment that changes the use of the structure will either need
to be part of a future building permit or the existing permit BLCO-11-19-6055 will need to be amended. Land use
approvals may also need to be completed prior to any amendments or future building permits.
