We have a high-tech banker's box with a rock in it for plans to be dropped off. It is located next to the employee door on the Pitkin side of the building 108 8th street. It is left outside from 8:00 to 4:00. One of the front desk (home) workers will call for a plan review fee via credit card. I did review your plans and they appear to be complete. If you do not mind, submit the application and plans to the box and we will get it in the Que. We are probably 20 business days out to turn them around and put them back in the box for pick up. You and your father stay well, Andy From: John Diemoz <John@diemoz.net> Sent: Wednesday, June 17, 2020 10:34 AM To: Andy Schwaller <aschwaller@garfield-county.com> Cc: Floyd Diemoz <Floyd@diemoz.net> Subject: [External] Glenwood Business Center- Bldg. 2, Space 266 Tenant Finish Permit App. Hello Andy, Hope all is going well for you. It's been awhile since I've seen you. In our GBC 2007 building 2, we have Space 266 that has only been partially occupied for one year by Lincare a few years ago. I think you may have looked at the space a few years ago with Floyd. It's unfinished except for a restroom. We've been using it for general storage. We have decided to apply for a permit to build out an office in the front of the space to try to hopefully spark interest with a future tenant. This is similar to the 274 space that is occupied by Western States Fire. I have attached: 1. Photos of the existing space. 2. The 2007 Building Certificate of Occupancy showing the building type, usage. 3. The permit application. 4. The plans which encompass two sheets, A1.3 and ME -1. Due to the Covid-19, I'm not sure how to get you the two sets of printed plans, plan review payment etc.? Thank you, John g71 -y182
