Dave reviewed this one and left it for me to issue. Looks like the owner started the work
without a permit and added a bedroom, taking the total number of bedrooms from 3 to 4. The
current septic tank is 1,000. When I called the owner to let him know he would need to get a
septic permit before we issue the building permit he wanted to see if he could take the closet
out of the bedrooms so that it wouldn't count anymore. Didn't know if that is an option so I
told him that I would ask. Asked Dave and he said that is your call to make. So now I am asking
you.
